Down pressure can be set individually at each seed opener or across the whole drill by changing the down pressure cylinder stroke. This allows the operator to tune the drill for varying field conditions.
Unlike drills that are very sensitive in depth setting and leveling, the double disc drill offers a simple and accessible adjustment to make easy depth changes in quarter-inch increments.
Conventional, comfortable drill that simply continues to work year after year with very little maintenance.
What people say about Amity Seeding equipment
“The Amity has minimal moving parts. It’s basically a trouble-free machine. We have a 50-foot drill that we can run 8 or 9 mph. I’ve seeded 500 acres of soybeans in a day.”
“It’s the best drill I’ve ever been around as far as seed placement and uniformity without disturbing the soil so much. Seed to soil contact is really good with this machine.”
“We had already run a Concord and knew what we were getting going with Amity. The packer tires run well without any trouble. It’s a very maintenance-free drill.”
